I currently work for Di Palo Fine Foods, Inc. and Enoteca Di Palo. They are a family owned business that specialize in fine authentic products of Italy. The owners make frequent trips to Italy to select the best of Italian food and wine. I am lucky enough to accompany them and photograph their travels.
